Zelen is the indigenous variety of Vipava Valley. The low yields make this variety of premium wine characteristics, which are shown in a sophisticated soft elegant bouquet that reminds us of the smell of mature peaches or pears. The taste of wine can be, pleasing, seductive blend, harmoniously rounded with a pleasant descent of tropical fruits.
