REBULA is one of the oldest varieties in Goriška Brda.

Organoleptic description: Rebula is a premium wine, a pleasant, moderately full-bodied, with pleasant acidity, which gives this wine the typical freshness. Smell of the wine is varietal, reminiscent of lemon, green apple, cedar, grapefruit, nicely rounded with a delicate aroma of acacia. Taste of the wine is full and vibrant. It reflects all the specificity and autochthonous hills. Aftertaste is of medium length. 

Sommelier's recommendation:Rebula nicely complements the refreshing salads, white sea fish, seafood, risotto with vegetables and pasta with vegetable sauces. Especially recommended for asparagus salad, risotto with seafood, fried elderberry, and acacia flower.
