Organoleptic description:
Premium wine, pleasant, full flavor. Scent of a variety, reminiscent of apple, melon, peach, pineapple, complemented by the pleasant aroma of vanilla. The wine has a smooth, full bodied and pleasantly warm taste. Completion of taste is accompanied with gentle aroma, dependent on maturation. Aftertaste is a medium-long and velvety.

Sommelier's recommendation: 
Chardonnay complements best the dishes of lamb, poultry, spicy fish dishes and grilled vegetables. We highly recommend pasta with basil and zobatec (dentex fish) carpaccio.
